Day at the Zoo

We spent a couple hours at the zoo on Monday, before picking up my parents at the airport. It was nice that Scott had the afternoon off since he had been gone for almost a week.

Here is the newest ride, the Sky Safari. It is the first part of a huge makeover for the African part of the zoo. Not much to see on the 9 minute ride, but the kiddos liked it anyway. Thankfully, Scott had a hand on Bruce when he wanted to get out in the middle of the ride.


Unfortunately, I forgot that I was playing with the cameras options so the color accent was still on the first few pictures.








The jeep cars from the old ride in the African Safari area are now for playing in. The new African area will be called the African Journey.
