Bruce's class did a flower poem, hence, the flowers on the head.

Aleah's class counted to ten and sang "I have the joy, joy, joy" in Spanish.

Aleah lead the processional with the director of the preschool, Mrs. Brown.

Aleah received a Bible along with her preschool certificate from her teacher, Mrs. Dammeyer.

Uncle Josh and Aunt Lisa,who couldn't make it:(, gave Aleah a card congratulating her on her big day!

This one didn't come out as easy.  Unfortunately, the dental floss didn't work.  It ended up being my finger and a tissue.  There was one corner that just didn't want to come out.  No harm done.  She still likes having her teeth pulled!!!  :)

On the day of her birthday, while a good friend kept Bruce, Aleah and I had a few hours to finish up birthday things and then had lunch together. The next day she had her Little Ladies Tea Party where 7 of her closest friends gathered for tea, cake, and playtime for a couple of hours. Then, her family party was the day after her friend party. It was a very fun weekend.

Answer to Prayer

I set out to find a bike for Bruce at a garage sale.  I was looking for a 12" bike for $5.00.  Aleah, Bruce and I prayed on the way to the sales.  I stopped at the ATM to get some cash because I knew there was NO WAY I would find him a bike for $5.00.  So, we drove around about four different associations and only found 16" bikes.  Those are just a tad too big for him for this summer.  I went to another association across the street.  I wanted to go down this one particular road, but it was really crowded.  I decided to pass that one by.  I eventually turned around to head home, and passed the one street again saw that it wasn't so busy.  I turned down the street and the kiddos started yelling, "There's a bike, Mommy, there's a bike!!"  I parked the van and we headed over to it.  As we walked up to it, I saw a $3.00 sticker on it.  I kinda look around to be sure no one else had claimed it.  Finally, I told Bruce to sit on it and it fit him perfectly.  As he's getting off of it, a gentleman said he thought there were some training wheels to go with it.  He went in the garage and brought them out to me.  They were a dollar.  WOW!!  God did it!  He lead us to the bike for Bruce that only cost us $4.00, and my budget was $5.00.  Praise the Lord!!!
